Funds raised from this event will be donated towards the school's play space upgrade.

Tickets

Children aged 3 and over: $12.50

Adults and children aged 2 and under: Free

You are welcome to invite family and friends to come along and enjoy the fun!

Catering

Enjoy eats with your beats! A bake sale with delicious dinner-style items, along with sweet treats, snacks and cold drinks will be available throughout the evening for a gold coin donation.

Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own food.

The Honkeynuts will be joining us this year, serving their barista coffees and other hot drinks, along with delicious fresh popcorn. All profits from the coffee and popcorn sales will go towards their senior trip.

There will be tables and chairs set up at the back of the room for those that want to take a break and have something to eat.

Please ensure all attendees bring their drink bottles to refill on the night as due to our commitment to the environment we will not be selling bottled water.

This event is alcohol and smoke free.

Supervision

Each child attending is required to have an adult responsible for them in attendance. Children may come in a group with their friends and one supervising adult.

This is not a drop and go event. The event organisers can not provide supervision for your child at the disco.

Entertainment

This year we will have a chill out zone set up in the foyer with a face painter and fancy dress photo wall for parents and children who want to take a break from the dance floor.

The disco will have bright, flashing lights and loud music provided by a professional children's entertainer. If you or your child are sensitive to this kind of environment please chat to one of the organisers prior to buying your ticket to help decide if this event is suitable for you. We will do our best to monitor the sound level at the event, however if you have any concerns on the night please speak to one of the friendly organisers in the bright orange "event" vests.

Parking

Warwick Hall has ample free parking.

What to wear?

Let your child's creativity run wild as they dress to express themselves. They can come in fancy dress costumes, retro disco threads or in their best party attire, the choice is theirs! Clothing and footwear suitable for dancing and games is encouraged.

Volunteers

This event is organised by the school's parent community, and would not be possible without the generous help of volunteers. If you are able to help contribute to the bake sale, or do a short shift on the evening working at the bake sale, door security, scanning tickets or setting up/packing down, it would be greatly appreciated!
